The patterns are made first and the same is checked meticulously to see whether it is in accordance with all requirements of ISI, BSEN, ASTM, DIN standards or Customer's specification.
The mould are being prepared and are checked before sampling every new product.
Our foundry uses only Specified Pig Iron. Each molted ladle is tested for chemical composition to ensure required quality and test bars are casted for tensile testing. The patterns are checked at regular intervals for wear and tear. The castings after shot blast are checked for dimensional accuracy.
Adequate inspection and supervision is done at the time of pouring of metal in moulds to minimize and eliminate the chances of any casting defect like blowholes, impurities in molten metals etc.
The castings are dimensionally checked after production and sent for machining, sand blasting, etc as required.
The Castings are tested to ensure that the metal withstand the required load test and pressure. We have complete laboratory for physical and chemical test of metal and sand. We have in-house tensile test, hardness test and transverse test machines.
All incoming Raw Materials – Metals, Coke, Sand, and stores are checked and then passed for usage.
Finally the supervision is done for brushing, grinding, painting, etc.
Tensile Hardness Test are periodically carried out to ensure the grade of casting.
All pre-requisites testings are being done for respective countries of export viz - Fumigation, Radiation testing for USA\Canada, Load Test(in NABL accredited Lab), Confirmity test(SASO) for Saudi Arabia, etc.
Other necessary measures are taken to ensure that the produced materials are zero defect and to full satisfaction of customers.
Packing is being done in line with International Standards and Export-sea-worthy in Metal or Wooden Crates so that the material lands safely and intact on the soil of our valued Clients.
